Job Title: Grocery Third Shift Stocker

FLSA Status: Hourly/Non-Exempt

Reports To: Grocery Manager

What You’ll Do:

As a Grocery 3rd Shift Stocker at Festival Foods, your responsibilities include:

  • Provide Helpful Service: Providing excellent guest service is at the heart of what we do.  Whether it’s a friendly greeting, answering questions or addressing guest concerns, you’ll handle each interaction with professionalism and care. Your willingness to help guests with what they need will make a positive impact every day. 
  • Stock Shelves: Keep shelves stocked and organized by replenishing products throughout the grocery department.

  • Rotate Inventory: Ensure inventory is rotated properly using the first in, first out method.

  • Offer Assistance: Help guests find products and answer any questions.

  • Operate Equipment: Use warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (with proper training).

  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep a clean and safe work area, address spills, and ensure aisles are clear.

  • Unload Deliveries: Work efficiently as a package handler to unload and organize stock.

  • Follow Safety Guidelines: Adhere to all company safety procedures and guidelines.

  • Honor Commitments: Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
  • Support the Team: Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring:

To excel as a 3rd Shift Stocker, you'll have:

  • Experience: Background in retail, grocery stocking, warehouse associate work, or overnight stocker roles is helpful but not required—we’ll train!

  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Attention to Detail & Communication Skills: Strong guest service, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Equipment Readiness: Willingness to learn and safely operate relevant equipment (fork lift, power equipment, trash compactor, baler, etc.)

  • Stand in place for a long period of time, bend, stoop, and kneel regularly

Work Schedule: 

This Grocery 3rd Shift Stocker position is an hourly position. The work schedule is overnight shifts which may vary occasionally, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
