Reports to: Grocery Department Manager

What You’ll Do:
As a Grocery Third Shift Supervisor, your responsibilities include:
Lead the Team: Train, coach, and support third shift associates while reinforcing company culture and expectations.
Oversee Stocking Operations: Ensure shelves are fully stocked and maintained using the first in, first out method.
Monitor Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure proper pricing on all stocked items.
Offer Assistance: Assist guests with product inquiries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Enforce Policies & Performance Standards: Document policy violations, conduct disciplinary actions, and complete performance reviews.
Ensure Safety & Cleanliness: Oversee sanitation, follow department guidelines, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Operate Equipment: Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the Store Director and Grocery Department Manager to meet department goals.

Leadership Experience: Background in overnight stocker, warehouse associate, or retail stocking roles with supervisory experience is helpful.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively train, motivate, and guide a team.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to assess situations and take action to improve processes.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to oversee inventory accuracy and team efficiency.
Equipment Readiness: Willingness to operate forklifts, balers, and other warehouse tools (training provided).
