As our Food Court Manager, you'll lead a team of guest-focused associates, ensuring every customer enjoys an outstanding experience while keeping operations running smoothly. From ensuring top-notch guest service, to managing labor and expenses, your leadership will continue to make our food court a standout part of the store shopping experience!

What You'll Do:

As a Food Court Manager at Festival Foods, you will: 

  • Deliver Helpful Service: Providing excellent guest service is at the heart of what we do.  Whether it’s a friendly greeting, answering questions or addressing guest concerns, you’ll handle each interaction with professionalism and care. Your willingness to help guests with what they need will make a positive impact every day. 
  • Lead & Inspire: Supervise and develop food court associates, fostering a positive and team-oriented environment.

  • Drive Success: Oversee all aspects of food court operations, including labor management, expense control, inventory, and guest satisfaction.

  • Create Schedules & Guide Performance: Set associates up for success by managing schedules, providing training, and offering constructive feedback.

  • Maintain High Standards: Ensure the food court is clean, well-stocked, and operating at peak efficiency with fresh, high-quality offerings.

  • Support the Team: Be a hands-on leader, assisting with daily tasks while ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

  • Keep Things Running Smoothly: Manage vendor orders, oversee pricing and signage accuracy, and monitor back stock to maintain appropriate inventory levels.

  • Enforce Policies & Ensure Safety: Uphold company policies, conduct corrective actions when needed, and promote a safe working environment.

  • Honor Commitments: Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
  • Support the Team: Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

To excel in this role, you'll bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Prior leadership experience in food service, restaurant, fast food, or food court setting preferred.

  • A passion for food and guest service, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

  • Strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.

  • Knowledge of retail food operations, safety standards, and inventory management.

  • Experience as a server, cook, line cook, or chef is a plus!

  • Willing to learn technology systems and build familiarity with scheduling tools, ordering systems, and other business applications.

  • ServeSafe Certification (or ability to obtain it).

  • Full-time role with flexible scheduling, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
